## Description

This compact capsule machine brings stronger espresso options and flexible serving sizes to your kitchen, focusing on concentrated flavour and quick preparation. It uses L'OR Barista double shot capsules to deliver an intensified extraction, while also allowing single-shot L'OR Espresso capsules for more classic servings.

## Key Points

The machine is designed to brew a double espresso in one cup or two separate espresso servings, making it practical for solo coffee lovers and pairs. It operates at high pressure, reaching **up to 19 bar** according to the manufacturer, to extract crema and concentrated flavour. ☕️

The unit includes a tasting box with a variety of capsules to start with, and compatibility with third-party Nespresso* capsules offers extra flexibility for capsule choice. **Philips L'OR Barista Sublime LM9012/60** is the full model name and is presented in a sleek black finish that fits most kitchen styles. 🔲

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Philips L'OR Barista Sublime LM9012/60**
- Pressure: up to 19 bar
- Capsule type: L'OR Barista double shot and L'OR Espresso single shot
- Brew options: 1 or 2 cups, including double espresso in a single cup
- Included capsules: assortment of 4 L'OR Espresso single shot and 5 L'OR Barista double shot

## The Best of This Model

This model offers a specific strong-extraction profile thanks to its double shot system, which is useful when you want a bolder cup without manual tamping. The machine's controls allow volume personalisation so you can adjust coffee length to preference, and settings are straightforward to change. For a small appliance, it is responsive and fast, bringing hot espresso in moments. ⚫️

## Usage Recommendations

Use the double shot capsules when you want a concentrated ristretto or a robust espresso to pair with milk drinks. For lighter servings, switch to the single shot capsules and reduce the volume setting to taste. Note that while the machine accepts compatible Nespresso* capsules, capsule performance and crema may vary depending on the third-party product used, according to the manufacturer. Consider that this system relies exclusively on capsules, so it may not suit users who prefer whole beans or ground coffee.
