## Description

## Key features
The PETKIT PURA MAX 2 offers smart app control so you can oversee your cat’s litter routine from anywhere. It automatically recognises each cat by weight and records usable data on toilet frequency, duration and activity trends. This information helps you understand daily habits and spot unusual changes early, supporting your cat’s wellbeing with greater confidence. With three layers of odour management including a sealed waste bin and an integrated odour eliminator, the system keeps homes feeling fresh even in compact spaces. The device also features a quiet operation profile and a 20cm low-entry, making it accessible for senior or mobility‑challenged cats.

## The essentials
Designed with multi-cat households in mind, the Pura Max 2 couples robust interior space with gentle safety features. It provides a spacious 76L interior for comfortable turning and movement while staying secure for cats up to 8.16kg, and a 7L sealed waste bin that can support hands-free use for up to roughly two weeks for a single cat. The unit pauses cleaning if a cat approaches the detection zone, thanks to 11 intelligent safety sensors, reducing the risk of movement while a pet is nearby. A practical anti-pinch entry and a durable mat help keep floors clean and free from litter tracking. In everyday use, the box stays remarkably quiet at under 35dB, which makes night-time cleaning unobtrusive and suitable for busy households with multiple pets.

## What stands out
From a practical perspective, the Pura Max 2 is compatible with all clumping litters, including clay and tofu varieties, though it is not designed for crystal litter. The system includes a premium litter mat to further minimise tracking and protect floors. A patented seamless ShieldBase provides 360-degree sealing to reduce odour escape and offer a neater, more contained experience. The app-enabled controls enable scheduling and deodoriser settings, giving you flexible management without disrupting daily routines. For households prioritising quiet operation, reliability and ease of maintenance, this model combines thoughtful engineering with user-friendly features that simplify pet care over the long term.
