## Description

## Key features
OVRUNS high waist yoga leggings are built for everyday training, from gym sessions to running exercise and outdoor workouts. The high, wide waistband is designed to provide firm support around the tummy area, helping you feel more secure as you move. You also get a practical pocket setup, so small essentials do not need to be left behind. That combination of tummy control feel, breathable comfort, and storage makes these leggings a sensible choice when you want fewer distractions during your session.

There is also a 3D print style in the design, described by the manufacturer as an exclusive pattern. It is intended to add personality to your workout look, while still keeping the focus on movement. If you like training gear that looks considered, this is an easy way to add variety without changing your whole routine. 😊

## What you’ll notice day to day
When you train, you want clothing that stays comfortable as your body changes pace and position. These leggings are described as offering compression and support to help smooth the tummy area and lift the glutes. The high waist cut is the main driver here, and it is meant to keep control during workouts rather than shifting as you bend or move. For many people, that steady waistband feel is what makes a difference between “good for yoga” and “good for the whole session”. 🧘♀️

Moisture absorption and breathability are also part of the design. The fabric is described as comfortable and breathable, able to handle a range of workouts and dry quickly while helping remove moisture from the body. In practical terms, that means fewer chances of feeling clammy after you have warmed up or after a longer run. If you train at different intensities, this kind of everyday performance detail tends to matter more than you might expect.

The hidden pockets help keep you organised without adding bulky layers. The description notes a hidden front pocket for essentials such as keys or credit cards, while the back pocket can hold a smartphone. That makes these leggings more convenient for quick trips around the gym, a short outdoor session, or a run where you do not want to carry a bag. 📱

It makes sense if you want high waist gym leggings for women with tummy control support and two discreet pockets for a phone and small items. You may want to skip them if you prefer a very minimal waistband or you do not carry any essentials during exercise. Overall, they are positioned for daily wear too, so they can fit naturally into a gym and active lifestyle rather than being a single use item.
