Orzbow Universal Rain Cover for Double Pushchair 🌂

This waterproof cover protects twin pushchairs from rain and wind while keeping visibility and airflow. The Orzbow Universal Rain Cover for Pushchair Double combines thick, odourless material and a lift-off viewing window so parents can tend to babies without removing the whole cover. It suits rainy walks and urban commutes where quick access and ventilation matter.

Key Points

The cover uses an extra-thick sheet of EVA that the manufacturer describes as food grade and more durable than many thin alternatives. A large removable window on top makes it possible to lift or open the front to place a child in or take one out without fully detaching the cover, which is useful on busy days or when leaving prams in sheltered spots 👶. Two zipped mesh panels on the sides and an open lower edge help maintain air circulation, reducing condensation and improving comfort for little passengers 🌧️.

Storage is considered with two waterproof rear pockets that hold small essentials such as keys, a bottle or a compact umbrella. Fit is adaptable thanks to a telescopic nylon belt at the base and several Velcro tabs, so the cover can be tightened to match different widths of double and tandem strollers. Consider that very bulky or non-standard frame designs may need a quick on-the-spot adjustment to achieve the best seal.

Usage Recommendations

For everyday use, drape the cover over the pushchair and secure the telescopic belt under the chassis, fastening the Velcro tabs to the frame bars. If you plan a longer outing, open a mesh panel briefly to increase airflow and reduce moisture build-up inside the pram. The transparent EVA keeps sight lines clear for both parent and child, while the lift-off window speeds up boarding during short stops ☂️.

When storing the cover, fold it flat to avoid creases and keep it away from sharp objects that could puncture the material. The thicker EVA is less likely to tear than thinner options, however it may still stiffen in very cold weather, so allow extra handling time on chilly days 🎒.
