Orzbow Baby Carrier Rain Cover with fleece liner

This waterproof baby carrier cover from Orzbow keeps both parent and child protected from wind and rain while adding a warm layer for colder outings. The removable top and coral fleece liner mean you can adapt ventilation and insulation as the weather changes, making it practical for walks, shopping trips and travel with a front-facing or inward-facing baby carrier.

Key Points

The cover is made from polyester pongee on the outside with a warm coral fleece inner lining, which, according to the manufacturer, resists deformation after machine washing. It includes a detachable top panel that can be adjusted to cover the baby’s head for extra warmth or removed for better airflow on milder days. A front pocket provides storage for small items and a cosy place to warm hands while carrying.

Usage Recommendations

Attach the cover using the provided buckles for the shoulder and waist straps so it stays secure when moving. For newborns or colder days, keep the top panel in place and tuck the lower zippers closed to retain warmth. On warmer days remove the top and open the lower zippers partially to allow more movement and airflow. The front pocket serves as a handy storage point for keys and a phone while keeping hands sheltered from the elements.

Positive Aspects

The removable top is a flexible detail that adapts to different needs during a single outing, and the coral fleece adds a noticeably warmer layer against chilly winds. The lower zippers allow some extension for slightly larger babies or extra ventilation when needed. Lightweight construction helps avoid adding bulk to the carrier, and the included storage bag keeps the cover compact when not in use. A minor caveat is that heavy, prolonged rain may require additional outer protection over the top seams, as very wet conditions can challenge many soft covers.
