## Description

## What it’s for
If you often use your iPhone on public transport, in busy shops, or around people who might casually look over your shoulder, this NIMASO privacy tempered glass is built for that exact kind of day-to-day situation. The idea is simple: you still get a clear screen for the person directly in front of it, but the view from the side is restricted.

On paper, it’s a privacy-focused upgrade compared with standard screen protectors because the glass is designed to create a viewing angle effect (often called “anti-spy”). That can make a noticeable difference if you check banking apps, message previews, or anything sensitive while you’re out and about. It’s not magic, though—privacy screens generally depend on viewing angle and lighting, so it’s worth thinking about how you actually use your phone.

## Key features that matter in real life
This protector uses tempered glass with a claimed 9H hardness, and it’s marketed as “shatterproof” for drop protection. It also mentions resistance to scratches from everyday items such as keys or coins. In practical terms, you’re not looking at a full shield for the whole phone—this is still a screen-first layer—so screen impacts and everyday scuffs are where it should do the heavy lifting.

The installation experience is another big part of the pitch. It’s described as dust-free and designed for quick, beginner-friendly fitting in “two simple steps”. The package approach also includes auto-dust removal, using static electricity to pull dust away from the screen before the glass is applied. That matters because the most common frustration with screen protectors is not the glass itself—it’s trapped dust and ending up with a slightly imperfect alignment.

There’s also a stated oleophobic coating to reduce fingerprints, smudges and oils. Combined with the “high sensitivity” and an ultra-thin thickness around 0.25 mm, it’s aiming to feel responsive when typing or playing games.

## What to know before you buy
A privacy screen protector is always a bit of a trade-off. Even if it does a solid job restricting side visibility, it can affect how the display looks when you’re viewing it from different angles—whether you’re reclining, lying down, or showing your screen to someone next to you. If you regularly use your phone at awkward angles, you may find a privacy glass isn’t as “effortless” visually as a clear, standard protector.

Also, the description is specific to iPhone 17 Pro with a 6.3-inch screen, so you’ll want to be confident your phone model matches before ordering. If you’re the type who uses a lot of screen gestures and hates any loss of touch responsiveness, it’s worth paying attention to that sensitivity claim and whether the protector’s thickness suits your preferences.

## Pros, cons, and value for money
### What you’ll likely like
- Privacy-focused tempered glass intended to make screens harder to read from the side.
- 9H hardness tempered glass for scratch resistance and shock absorption.
- Auto-dust removal to reduce the risk of bubbles during install.
- Oleophobic coating to cut down fingerprints and smearing.
- High sensitivity for typing and gaming, with an ultra-thin feel.
- Comes as a 2-pack, which is handy if you want a careful second try.

### Where it may not be for everyone
- Privacy protection depends on viewing angle—if you often share the screen or view at angles, you may not love the effect.
- Any tempered glass is only as good as the fit to your exact device model, if compatibility is off, it simply won’t behave as intended.

## Who it suits (and who should think twice)
It makes sense if you’re mainly trying to protect what’s on your screen in public spaces—commuting on buses, using your phone in queues, or checking sensitive info in busy places. It’s also a solid choice if you want scratch protection plus a more careful installation process thanks to the dust-removal and simple fitting approach.

It may not suit you as well if your top priority is “maximum clarity from every angle” or if you often show your phone screen to others sitting next to you. In that scenario, a privacy-style protector can feel a bit limiting compared with plain clear tempered glass.

## How it fits into your day (a quick example)
Imagine you’re on the tube and you need to reply to a message while sitting next to someone. With a privacy screen protector in place, you’re aiming to keep the message readable only to you, while making it less inviting for a stranger beside you to catch the contents. When you finish, the oleophobic coating is there to reduce the fingerprint smears that build up after constant tapping and swiping.

## Is it worth it?
Worth buying if you want a privacy-first tempered glass protector for iPhone 17 Pro (6.3-inch), and you care about reducing side viewing while still getting responsive touch performance and day-to-day scratch protection. The 2-pack and the dust-free, quick-install approach are practical perks if you’d rather not risk a messy first application.

Skip it or rethink it if you mainly use your phone at wide viewing angles, frequently show your screen to companions, or you’re extremely sensitive to any change in how the display looks off-axis. Privacy screen technology is always dependent on how you hold the device, so it’s a good idea to be realistic about your usage.

## FAQs
## Is this privacy screen meant to block people beside you?
It’s designed to restrict what can be seen from side angles, so the screen should be clearer for the person directly facing it and harder for others to read.

## Will it affect typing and gaming responsiveness?
The protector is described as ultra-thin with high sensitivity, aiming for smooth typing and gaming. Still, sensitivity can feel different from one person to another, so it’s worth considering your expectations.

## Does the installation process include dust removal?
Yes. It’s described as having auto-dust removal using static electricity to help pull dust away from the screen.

## How many protectors come in the pack?
The product is listed as a 2-pack.
