NEEWER PS099EP 99Wh V-mount battery 6800mAh
Product description
This compact V-mount battery delivers portable power for cameras, monitors and LED lights while keeping weight and volume low for travelling shoots. With support for high-speed PD charging and multiple outputs, it helps keep a small video rig running through long days on location and can also recharge laptops and phones when needed.
Key Points
The pack includes a wide array of connectors so you can power DSLRs, cinema cameras and accessories simultaneously. USB-C ports support bidirectional charging, which allows the battery to charge devices and to be recharged quickly from a suitable PD charger. For field work the metal V-lock provides a secure attachment and the anti-slip sides make battery swaps steadier when you are on the move. ⚡️
Practicality is a clear focus. The 115 x 77 x 60 mm size and 630 g weight make it compact enough to fit in a camera bag. The casing is of fire-retardant PC material and an onboard battery management system gives protections against short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage and deep discharge, as stated by the manufacturer. A small OLED screen shows remaining charge and alerts at a glance. 🔋📺

Usage Recommendations
Use the USB-C PD ports to recharge the pack with a 100W GaN charger for a full charge in around two hours, according to the manufacturer. When powering multiple devices, keep the combined draw under 100W to maintain stable output. If a connected camera does not resume charging immediately, try turning the camera off, removing and reinserting the battery and then restarting the camera to reinitiate power flow.
Advantages
The battery’s multiple outputs include two USB-C, one USB-A, D-Tap, BP connector and two DC barrel sockets at 8V and 12V, so you can run field monitors, LED panels and recorders at the same time. The OLED display gives clear status updates, and the compact dimensions mean less bulk on gimbals or compact rigs. The bidirectional PD functionality also means the unit doubles as a power bank for laptops and tablets when on longer assignments. Consider that the 99Wh rating keeps it within most airline carry-on limits, but check the latest carrier policies before travel.
