## Description

This 2 in 1 variable ND and circular polariser from Neewer helps control light and reflections when shooting outdoors, making it easier to capture motion blur and richer skies. It suits photographers who need flexible exposure control in bright conditions, while also cutting glare from water or glass.

## Key takeaways
The filter combines a variable neutral density range with a circular polariser in one slim unit, so you can reduce exposure from ND2 to ND32 and rotate to adjust polarisation. According to the manufacturer, the design avoids the dark cross or strong vignetting that some variable NDs can cause on wide angle lenses. The frame is aircraft grade aluminium and the front is marginally larger than the back diameter for a low profile fit.

## Technical details
- **Name**: **Neewer 2 in 1 77mm Variable ND Filter & CPL Filter**
- Size: 77mm thread
- Type: Variable ND (ND2-ND32) and Circular Polarizer
- Material: HD optical glass with nano coatings
- Frame: Aluminium alloy, CNC machined

## What you’ll notice day to day
In practice, you get smoother control over exposure without swapping multiple filters, and a reduction in reflections that improves contrast when shooting water or glass. The nano coatings are intended to resist water, oil, dust and scratches, which helps keep the glass clearer for longer. The non slip texture on the frame makes fitting and removing the filter straightforward, even in the field.

## Compatibility
This filter fits lenses with a 77mm thread. Check the thread size on your lens, marked next to the diameter symbol, before buying. Note that a larger lens cap or hood of 82mm is needed for the front on this model if you require one.

## Care & maintenance
Wipe the glass gently with a microfibre cloth and use a blower to remove grit before contact. Avoid abrasive cleaners and store the filter in a protective case to preserve the nano coating and prevent scratches. Keep metal threads free of grit to maintain smooth rotation and accurate ND adjustments.
