## Description

If you want more control over your drone footage in changing daylight, an ND and CPL filter set is a practical way to dial things in. This Neewer ND & CPL Filter Set Compatible with DJI Air 3 is made for the Air 3 dual camera gimbal system, so you can fine tune exposure, reduce unwanted flare, and improve overall clarity when conditions shift. It is a straightforward add on for landscape and travel videos, where the sky brightness and reflections can vary a lot between shots.

The core value here is light control plus glare reduction. With ND16, ND32, and ND64 you can choose the level of light reduction that matches the scene, then use the CPL polariser to help minimise reflections from water, glass, and metallic surfaces. That combination can make your aerial results look more consistent, especially when you are shooting at angles that catch the sun.

## Key features
This filter kit is specifically designed for the DJI Air 3 camera gimbal system, including the wide angle and telephoto dual camera setup. That matters because it aims to fit the drone lens configuration rather than being a generic accessory. You get four filters in total, covering three neutral density levels for different lighting situations plus one CPL polariser for improved visual control. Whether you are filming landscapes or capturing motion effects, having the right filter on hand helps you keep your settings closer to what you want.

The ND filters are described as providing light reduction ranging from 4 to 6 stops, which can support more deliberate shutter speed choices in bright environments. In practice, that can help when you want smoother motion blur in moving scenes or when you need exposure control for consistent results across a take. The CPL filter is there to tackle glare and unwanted reflections, which can otherwise wash out detail and affect colour accuracy. 👌

It is also built for day to day handling, using a snap on mounting approach. The kit is presented with an ultra slim, lightweight aluminium alloy frame meant to have minimal impact on gimbal calibration, while still staying secure during flight. 🛡️

If you are trying to refine your drone photography workflow, it can be worth thinking about how often you deal with bright sky, reflective surfaces, and rapid changes in weather. Having a matched set reduces the guessing and lets you move between shots without changing your approach mid flight.

## What to know
When you shoot outdoors, exposure and reflections can change faster than your camera settings can keep up, especially around midday sun. The ND filters in this kit are meant to help reduce how much light reaches the lens, which gives you more room to manage shutter speed and exposure choices as brightness changes. You may find this particularly helpful for landscape work where the background contrast between sky and ground can be extreme. 🌤️

The CPL filter is useful when reflections are a problem, for example on water, on glass surfaces, or when metallic objects catch the sun. By reducing flare and unwanted glare, it can support better colour and clarity in your aerial shots. Note that lighting conditions still matter, so results depend on the angle of the sun and the direction you are flying, but having a CPL option gives you a valuable control lever.

For handling, the kit is described as ultra slim and lightweight to minimise impact on gimbal calibration, which is important for maintaining stable performance during flight. Neewer also states that installation and removal are designed to be easy, and a compact carrying case is included for transport and storage. ✅

## Who it’s for
It makes sense if you already shoot with the DJI Air 3 and want a simple upgrade that improves exposure control and helps manage glare, without adding complex setup steps. You will likely appreciate this set if your content includes landscapes, travel views, water scenes, or any situation where reflections can affect how the final footage looks. It can also suit creators who like to adjust their look through shutter speed choices and want ND levels ready for quick switching. It might not be the best choice if you only ever shoot in controlled lighting with consistent brightness, since you may not use the full range of ND options often.
