Mouthguard Slim Fit Junior gum shield (Baby Blue, junior)
Product description
The Mouthguard Slim Fit junior gum shield offers simple, reliable protection for children in contact sports. Designed with a slim profile and the manufacturer’s FLUID FIT Technology, it aims to combine comfort and coverage so young athletes can focus on play rather than their mouth guard. This junior mouthguard suits ages under 11 and fits in a carry case for school or training use.
Key features
This mouthguard is made from a non toxic, non carcinogenic material and comes in solid colours including baby blue, transparent, black, blue, baby pink, red and white. It uses boil and bite moulding so you can adapt the shape at home to match a child’s teeth alignment and mouth size, and it can be reboiled and remoulded if needed. Integrated breathing channels make it easier to breathe while wearing the guard, which helps during vigorous activity. According to the manufacturer the guard is thicker than standard designs to give added cushioning around teeth and gums.

Getting the most from it
Boil the guard following the enclosed instructions then mould it gently to the child’s teeth for a secure fit, and allow it to cool before use. Clean with a toothbrush in cool water after each session and store the guard in the supplied transparent case to keep it hygienic and portable. Take care not to wash in hot water as this may distort the shape.
What to consider
It’s a good fit if you want a reusable, mouldable gum shield for school sports and martial arts training that balances protection and breathability. Bear in mind that a personalised dental appliance from a dentist will offer a different level of custom fit, so this product suits everyday youth sport rather than clinical needs. If you need help with moulding or have an issue, the seller offers replacement support.
