MORA PETS Plush Self Heating Cat Bed 61x46 cm 🐱

This plush self-heating cat bed offers a cosy nest for kittens and adult cats that seek warmth and softness, especially during colder months. It functions like a thermal mat that uses the pet's own body heat to retain warmth, helping animals rest more comfortably without electricity.

Key Points

The surface is made from ultra-soft fleece that gives a cloud-like cushioning for curling up. The internal padding is noticeably thicker than many self-warming pads, which can be beneficial for older pets or those with joint sensitivity. The bed includes a non-slip base to help keep it in place on hard floors and a removable cover for easier cleaning. 🐾

Technical Specifications

• Name: Mora Pets Plush Self Heating Cat Bed Thicker Heated Pet Mat
• Size: 61 x 46 cm
• Cover material: ultra-soft fleece
• Filling thickness: 300% thicker than many standard self-heating beds, according to the manufacturer
• Heat retention: reflective thermal lining that uses the pet's body heat
• Base: anti-slip
• Care: washable cover and removable liner

Benefits

The thicker filling provides deeper cushioning which may ease pressure points and offer a more comfortable surface for prolonged naps. Because it does not require a power source, there is no risk associated with heated wires and it remains quiet in use. The fleece finish is pleasant to touch and helps encourage nesting behaviour in timid or anxious pets. The anti-slip base keeps the mat stable during use which is helpful on tiled or wooden floors. 💤

Usage Recommendations

Place the bed flat on a stable surface and avoid folding it for long periods to preserve the loft of the filling. For cage or carrier use, position it so the reflective lining faces the pet to maximise heat retention. Wash the removable cover on a gentle cycle and air dry when possible to maintain texture. Consider that very active chewers or pets that like to dig might damage the outer fabric over time, so supervise initial use if this applies to your animal.
