## Description

## What it is
Moonkie provides a 10-pack set of silicone baby food storage pots designed for busy families. The jars come in two handy sizes (6 × 120 ml and 4 × 240 ml) to cover portions for breast milk, purées, snacks and finger foods. The containers are made from 100% food-grade silicone and are BPA-free, PVC-free and free from fillers.

## Key features
The double-seal lids offer an airtight, leak-resistant seal, which helps keep contents fresh in the fridge or freezer and reduces the risk of leaks when travelling or storing in nappy bags. The silicone construction is claimed to be more durable than some plastics or glass options, and the containers are designed to withstand a wide temperature range, safe for heating in a microwave, storing in the freezer and cleaning in the dishwasher.

## Usage tips
These pots are pitched as suitable from purées through to finger foods, with clear measurement markings to assist with portion control. Labels and a marker are included to help you track contents, which can be handy when you’re managing multiple meals or snacks for a baby or toddler.

## What stands out
On the paper, the combination of two sizes, airtight lids, and a reusable silicone material offers a practical, family-friendly storage solution that can grow with your child—from first foods to light snacks. The ability to heat directly in a microwave and the ease of cleaning in a dishwasher are convenience advantages for daily use. However, the durability and long-term performance will depend on how you handle heavy daily use and frequent refilling.

## Who it's for
This set is a sensible choice for parents seeking a soft, flexible alternative to rigid containers and hoping to reduce plastic waste. It’s suitable for home use, daycare, or on-the-go feeding routines. If you prioritise consolidation of a baby’s meals in a compact, silicone format, this kit aligns with that approach.

## Pros and cons
- Pros: reusable silicone, two sizes cover 120 ml and 240 ml needs, airtight double-seal lids, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe, labels provided for easy identification.
- Cons: silicone containers may feel less rigid than hard plastic or glass, real-world leak resistance depends on proper sealing and handling, not all users may prefer silicone for every use case.

## Buying considerations
If you’re assessing value, think about how often you’ll use separate portions, whether you need two sizes for different meals, and whether dishwasher safety and the ability to heat directly in the microwave fit your routine. Consider whether the included labels and marker will help you stay organised, and whether you’re comfortable with silicone as a material choice for reheating needs.

## Technical details
- Size options: 6 × 120 ml, 4 × 240 ml
- Material: 100% food-grade silicone

## What to look at before buying
Check that your microwave capabilities align with the temperature range and ensure you’re comfortable with silicone heating in your usual cooking practices. Verify the lids seal effectively after initial use and assess whether you’re comfortable label placement and legibility over time.

## FAQ
- Can these containers go from freezer to microwave? Yes, within the stated temperature range.
- Are the lids truly leak-proof? They are designed with a double-seal for airtight storage and reduced leaks, but performance depends on proper sealing.

## Final verdict
Final verdict: If you want a reusable, two-size silicone set with airtight lids for portable baby meals and snacks, Moonkie is a practical option to consider. It offers straightforward, family-friendly features, though you may want to test the seal and refilling routines in your daily use to ensure it meets your standards.
