## Description

This dinosaur-themed magnetic maze brings playful learning to early years with bright colours and tactile activity, perfect as Montessori Toys for 3 Year Olds that encourage counting and fine motor development. Children use the magnetic wand to guide beads through the board, combining colour matching with simple arithmetic while enjoying a dinosaur motif that keeps them engaged.

## Key Points

The toy focuses on hand-eye coordination and finger precision through a magnetic maze mechanism that requires controlled movements. It includes vibrant beads and dinosaur figures to make sorting and counting more appealing, and the magnetic pen has been redesigned to pick up one bead at a time, reducing clumping and frustration for little hands. 🦕 The wooden board has smooth rounded edges and an acrylic cover to keep pieces contained, which helps adults feel reassured about durability and safety. 🎨

Play is gently structured to promote concentration and patience, with activities that can be repeated and gradually made more complex as the child grows. The closed-bead design avoids loose small parts being easily accessed, and the wand is attached by a string so it does not get lost during play. Note that, according to the manufacturer, the toy is best suited to toddlers from three to five years old and may be less challenging for older children.

## Usage Recommendations

Use the toy on a low table or the floor to allow comfortable posture and clear sight of the maze. Encourage simple tasks at first, such as moving beads by colour, then progress to counting exercises and basic addition using the dinosaurs as counters. For quiet play, suggest sorting colours in separate rows; for collaborative play, two children can take turns with counting or create small stories featuring the dinosaur figures to extend language skills. 🧠

Consider rotating the board into a set of short sessions rather than long continuous play to maintain focus and reduce frustration if a child is still developing fine motor control. Also, inspect the acrylic cover occasionally to ensure the fastening remains secure.
