## Description

This stainless steel cat litter tray is built for larger breeds and busy multi-cat homes, offering an extra roomy interior and high sides to reduce scatter while keeping odours under control. Designed with heavy-duty metal and a detachable lid, it suits owners who want a more hygienic alternative to plastic litter pans and space for cats to move comfortably.

## Key Points

The box combines a rust-resistant stainless steel base with a 31cm high side and a detachable plastic lid to give cats more privacy and to help contain digging and standing urination. According to the manufacturer, the widened exit pedal and 28-grille design prevent most litter from being tracked outside, cutting visible mess and reducing waste. 🐾

Included with the tray is a litter scoop that can be attached to the unit for compact storage and fast cleaning. The lid locks into the steel body with a clasp and a 1cm inversion to limit leakage and keep the area around the tray cleaner during use. Consider that assembly is required when unpacking, though the parts are designed to join quickly and securely.

## Benefits

The metal construction is intended to avoid the cracking and odour retention common in plastic boxes, and it is claimed to stay dry and clean over longer periods, which can help reduce skin issues linked to damp litter. For larger cats or households with several cats, the internal dimensions provide more room to dig and turn. 🐱

There are practical time savings built into the design. According to the manufacturer, the tray can be left for up to 20 days without refilling under certain conditions, and the shovel’s enlarged leakage port halves typical cleaning time. Note that stainless steel can transfer sound differently from plastic, so nervous cats may react at first. Also bear in mind that the metallic finish may show water marks unless wiped regularly.
