Military Smart Watch 1.85" Heart Rate and Calls

This tactical smartwatch from findtime combines a large 1.85 inch HD screen with calling capability and health monitoring for active days and hands-free communication. It is aimed at users who want basic telephony via Bluetooth, continuous heart rate and blood pressure checks, and a durable, water-resistant design for outdoor or fitness use.

Key Points

The watch allows making and answering Bluetooth calls through an integrated speaker and microphone, which the manufacturer describes as delivering clearer sound with acoustic tuning. It stores contacts for quick access and sends notifications for SMS and app messages, keeping you informed without constantly checking your phone. The display is a full-touch 1.85 inch HD panel with 240 x 280 resolution and multiple customisable watch faces for different styles. For everyday activity it includes over 110 sport modes such as walking, running and cycling, and it tracks steps, calories and distance. Sleep monitoring records night sleep and naps while analysing duration and depth. Note that message replies are not supported from the watch according to the product information.

Usage Recommendations

For clearer call quality position the watch microphone and speaker away from thick clothing and use in environments with limited wind. Charge the battery fully before first use to calibrate battery estimates. For the most consistent heart rate and blood pressure readings wear the watch snugly on the wrist and avoid moving the arm during a measurement. The IP68 rating allows use during hand washing and rain, however avoid submersion in pools or exposure to hot water and seawater to protect internal components.

Positive Aspects

The large screen improves readability for notifications and workout summaries, and the broad set of sport modes suits varied training routines. Battery life is substantial for a device with calling and continuous monitoring features, which reduces the need for daily charging. There are some limitations to be aware of, for example blood pressure readings from wrist devices can vary and should be considered indicative rather than clinical, according to the manufacturer. Additionally, while notifications are displayed for messages you cannot respond directly from the watch.
