## Description

## Key features

This 24 inch leash extension from Mi Metty combines chew resistance and everyday practicality for walks and short tie‑outs. Made from a steel braided cable with a stainless steel core according to the manufacturer, it aims to resist chewing by teething puppies and persistent chewers while keeping a low profile on daily outings. It works as an add‑on to any leash, collar or harness and helps reduce tangles thanks to rotating clips.

## Why it makes sense

The extension is useful when you need a little more reach without swapping leashes. **Mi Metty 24in Chew Proof Leash Extension** gives an extra metre of confidence that the connection will hold during ordinary walking or short training sessions, according to the product notes. The 360° rotating stainless steel clips help prevent the line from twisting, though heavy pulling dogs still demand appropriate handling and a secure primary leash.

## Who it’s for

It suits owners of medium to large dogs who want a simple, durable add‑on to an existing lead. It’s also handy for walking two dogs from one lead when paired with additional extensions. It’s a practical accessory if you prioritise chew resistance and basic tangle prevention, but bear in mind it does not replace a purpose built heavy‑duty lead for sustained strong pulling.
