## Description

A set of 15 A4 suspension files from MerryNine that help keep paperwork tidy at home, school or in the office. These polypropylene hanging folders come in mixed colours and include transparent label holders and white inserts, making it simple to sort by subject or project. Check the size before ordering as they suit A4 cabinets with a filing pitch close to 330mm.

## Key features

The folders are made from lightweight polypropylene that resists creasing and tearing in everyday use. Each folder measures approximately 34.8cm by 24.5cm and can hold up to 150 sheets of A4 paper according to the manufacturer. A wide opening gives straightforward access to documents, while the colour-coding and included labels speed up retrieval.

## Specifications

- Name: A4 Suspension Files
- Material: Polypropylene
- Size: 34.8cm x 24.5cm
- Capacity: 150 sheets
- Format: A4

## Usage tips

Measure the distance between the centres of your cabinet rails before buying, as these hangers work best with a filing pitch around 330mm and can accommodate rail-to-rail widths from 320mm to 335mm. If your cabinet is outside that range the files may not hang correctly, so measure first and avoid returns. You’ll find them useful for rotating coursework, archive batches or day-to-day administration where easy visual sorting helps.

## Care & maintenance

Wipe the folders with a damp cloth to remove dust or marks and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading. The plastic construction makes them easy to clean and quick to dry.

The pack contains 15 suspension files in five colours with transparent label holders and white card inserts for clear indexing.
