## Description

This MERACH Q1S rowing machine brings a quiet, stable workout to your home gym, ideal for steady cardio sessions and full body toning. It pairs a magnetic flywheel with a dual slide rail for smoother motion and less wobble, while app compatibility helps you track sessions and stay motivated.

## What to know
The magnetic resistance system offers 16 levels that suit beginners and more experienced users, according to the manufacturer. You get a notably low noise level during use, so workouts are less likely to disturb others at home. The double slide rails mimic wooden designs for added stability and a comfortable stroke.

## Technical details

## What you’ll notice day to day
Tracking is straightforward, with distance, time, calories, speed, heart rate and cadence available through the companion app. The MERACH app includes free courses and guided workouts, which can help maintain progression. A clear benefit is the low audible profile while training, sessions feel focused rather than intrusive. 🧭

## Getting the most from it
Assembly is relatively quick for most users, with partial preassembly cutting setup time to about 30 minutes. The frame moves easily once assembled, and the higher weight limit means a wider range of users can use it comfortably. Do take into account that app features and heart rate tracking depend on device compatibility and sensors, so functionality may vary between smartphones and wearables. 🔧
