## Description

The MALACASA LUNA 24-piece porcelain set brings everyday resilience and simple style to the table, combining white plates and bowls with a subtle black rim for a clean, modern look. Designed as a full service for six, it covers dinners, desserts and soups while coping with daily family life.

## Key features

This crockery set includes six 10.25" dinner plates, six 8.25" dessert plates, six 1140ml large soup bowls and six 770ml bowls, so you can serve starters, mains and puddings without mixing sets. The chip-resistant porcelain has been fire-tested up to 1400°C and features thicker edges to reduce utensil marks. The glossy, stain-resistant glaze stands up to dishwasher use, and the pieces are microwave and freezer safe which makes reheating and storage straightforward.

## Why it makes sense

The LUNA service balances practical durability with a neutral aesthetic that suits both relaxed family dinners and more formal gatherings. According to the manufacturer, the glaze resists stains across hundreds of dishwasher cycles, and the lead-free, non-porous finish helps repel bacteria which is reassuring for households with young children. Do keep in mind that minor handmade variations such as small black spots may appear, which are described by the maker as character rather than fault.

## Getting the most from it

It’s a good fit if you want a complete, coordinated set that copes with heavy use and looks tidy on the table. For longevity, handwashing occasionally and avoiding thermal shock where possible will help preserve the glaze and edges. If you prioritise lightweight travel crockery over sturdiness, this heavier porcelain may not be the best match.

The set is presented as gift-ready, making it a practical present for newlyweds or new homeowners, while also serving busy kitchens that need dishwasher and microwave-safe tableware. 🥣 🍽️ 🧼
