## Description

## Highlights

These wired over‑ear headphones bring clear sound and practical features in a compact, foldable package. The LORELEI X8 pairs 40mm drivers with a tangle‑resistant nylon cable, so you get punchy bass and crisp mids for everyday listening on a phone, tablet or laptop. A lightweight frame and soft ear cushions make them comfortable for longer sessions, while the in‑line microphone and controls handle calls and basic track navigation.

## Tech specs

- Name: LORELEI X8
- Type: Over‑ear wired headphones
- Driver: 40mm
- Cable: 1.45m tangle‑free nylon line
- Connector: 3.5mm plug
- Colour: Dark Purple

## Why it makes sense

The X8 is straightforward and unfussy, offering the sort of sound quality you expect from modestly priced wired headphones without unnecessary complexity. Build materials favour durability over flash, and the folding design keeps them portable for commuting or trips. Bear in mind that the specification is basic by design, so features such as noise cancellation or wireless pairing are not included.

## Getting the most from it

Adjust the padded headband and ear cushions for a snug but not tight fit, this reduces fatigue during longer listening sessions. Use the in‑line microphone for hands‑free calls and the simple controls to skip tracks when your device is in your bag. It’s a good fit if you value durable, easy‑to‑carry wired headphones for daily use, and you’ll like the tangle‑free cable if you often store them in a pocket or small bag. It may not suit you if you need active noise reduction or Bluetooth connectivity.

## Care & maintenance

Keep the cable loosely coiled when storing to preserve the nylon braiding, and wipe the ear cushions with a soft, dry cloth after heavy use. Avoid exposure to moisture to prolong the life of the padding and hinge joints.
