## Description

## Key features

The LitONES LED desk lamp brings versatile task lighting to home offices and study spaces with a focus on adjustable, eye-friendly illumination. With 1200 lumens, three colour temperatures and ten brightness steps, it aims to reduce eye strain during reading, video calls or focused work, according to the manufacturer. The swing arm design and taller lamp head let you position light where you need it while keeping a slim, modern profile.

## Tech specs

- Name: LitONES LED Desk Lamp with Swing Arm
- Type: Dimmable desk lamp
- Brightness: 1200LM
- Colour: Black
- Material: Aerospace-grade aluminum
- Size: Max height 33 inches
- Format: 7 inch lamp head

## Benefits

This lamp balances performance and practicality, offering glare-free, even illumination thanks to edge-lit LEDs and a CRI above 97 for truer colours. Memory and timer functions help you return to preferred settings without fuss, and soft-touch controls make fine adjustments straightforward. The sturdy metal base keeps the lamp steady so you can work without readjusting the setup constantly.

## How to use it

Adjust the five pivot joints and rotate the head to direct light for close-up tasks or broader desk coverage. It doubles as a taller light source for video calls and content creation when positioned higher, and the dimmer plus colour options make it simple to switch between focused work and relaxed reading. It’s a good fit if you value flexible positioning and robust build quality, worth considering if durability and long daily use matter.

## Care & maintenance

Wipe the aluminium arm and lamp head with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish and pivot performance. The manufacturer rates the LEDs for long life and provides a two year warranty alongside lifetime technical support, though note that warranties typically require registering or keeping proof of purchase.
