What is it? LEGO Speed Champions The Fast and The Furious Toyota Supra MK4-77260 is a collectible build-and-display set aimed at fans of the movie franchise and budding builders aged 10+. It lets you assemble a faithful replica of the orange Toyota Supra MK4 with authentic details and a Brian O’Conner minifigure, then display it on a shelf or desk as a piece of movie memorabilia. The set emphasises both play and display value, so it suits a youngster who wants to recreate scenes and an enthusiast who enjoys collecting iconic cars.
What’s included and what to expect from the build The model features Troy Lee’s ‘Nuclear Gladiator’ graphic on the side, a rear wing, and four alloy-style wheels with a chrome look. The Brian O’Conner minifigure is supplied wearing his signature T‑shirt and jeans. It’s designed to be assembled with guidance via the LEGO Builder app, offering a collaborative build experience if you’re building with family or friends. As with many LEGO Speed Champions sets, the emphasis is on accuracy for display and a satisfying build experience rather than brute play durability.
Practical use and real-world feel Once built, this model serves as a display piece that can spark imaginative scenes from the movie or act as part of a small car-curated display in a bedroom or study. It’s not a high-speed toy, but it’s sturdy enough for careful handling and light classroom-style demonstrations, making it a sensible desk or shelf companion for fans who value recognisable branding and poseable display options.
What stands out The inclusion of a detailed graphic and chrome-style wheels helps the model feel a step closer to a curated collection piece rather than a mere toy. The minifigure adds a storytelling element, letting you place a well-known character behind the wheel. If you prioritise authentic aesthetics and a cross-over between play and display, this set ticks several boxes.
What may not convince everyone If you’re seeking a purely interactive play experience, you might find this model less gripping than sets designed for larger-scale play features. The build is relatively straightforward, so experienced builders who expect a challenging engineering puzzle could find it a middle-of-the-road experience. The model prioritises display accuracy over hardcore playability, which is worth noting if your use case leans toward heavy handling and action-based play.
Who this is for It appeals to LEGO fans who like Speed Champions, Fast & Furious enthusiasts, and collectors who want an iconic movie car in miniature form. It’s also suitable for fans who enjoy a posed display with a character minifigure to tell a story.
When it makes sense to buy Consider this set if you want a compact, display-friendly project that reflects a recognisable car from the Fast & Furious line. It’s a reasonable option for gifting to a 10+ year old or a teen who enjoys building and placing a themed model in their room, as well as adults who collect LEGO Speed Champions for display.
What to check before purchasing It’s sensible to consider compatibility with other Speed Champions models if you’re building a larger collection. Also check how much shelf space you’ve got for a model of this size, and whether you prefer a build that emphasises on-screen authenticity rather than heavy play features.
Quick comparison mindset This brick-built approach sits between entry-level car builds and more elaborate display models. If you’re weighing options, think about whether you value a high-action playset or a visually accurate display piece that can stand on its own or with other collectibles.
