Why it’s worth it
The granite coating is designed to reduce food sticking and to let you cook with less oil, which can make meals a bit healthier according to the manufacturer. Being free of lead, PFOA and PFOS is a clear plus if you are cautious about cookware chemicals. The stainless steel induction base and aluminium core aim to accelerate and even out heating, so pans should respond well on gas, ceramic and induction hobs.
How to use it
Start with medium heat and avoid overheating empty pans, which helps preserve the nonstick surface. Use the lids and the included steamer when you want gentler steaming or simmering. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the granite finish and the dark bakelite handles are designed to resist stains and remain cool under normal use. It’s a good fit if you want a comprehensive set that covers frying, baking and steaming without needing separate specialised items.
