## Description

This long rope dog leash offers extended freedom during training and outdoor walks while keeping control close at hand, combining durable climbing-style rope with a soft padded handle for more comfortable hold. It is suitable for recall practice, running or letting your dog explore safely at a distance, and includes reflective details for better visibility in low light.

## Key Points

The leash is built around a lightweight zinc-alloy carabiner with a lockable 360 degree swivel, helping to prevent accidental openings and reduce tangling. The handle carries EVA padding that protects your hand from rope burn and gives a comfortable grip even on longer sessions. 🐕🦺

Materials focus on resistance and longevity. The cord is made from nylon climbing rope that the manufacturer describes as bite-resistant, and seams are reinforced with double-thread stitching to increase durability. Reflective stitching is incorporated along the length to improve visibility on evening walks. 🌙

Consider that very determined chewers may eventually damage braided rope, depending on behaviour. Also, longer lengths will increase drag and may be harder to manage in windy or heavily vegetated areas.

## Usage Recommendations

Shorter lengths such as 1.5 m and 1.8 m work well for close control and urban walking, while the 5 m to 30 m options are intended for recall training and fieldwork where you want to let the dog range further. For trail running or quick training drills, choose a mid-length to balance freedom and manageability. 🏃♂️

Attach the carabiner securely and let the swivel rotate freely to avoid twisting. When using longer cords, maintain a reliable grip and be mindful of obstacles that could catch the rope. For added safety on dusk or dawn outings, the reflective stitching helps make both handler and dog more visible to traffic and other pedestrians.
