## Description

## What it is and what it does
The KÄRCHER TLA 4 Telescopic Spray Lance is a long-reach accessory designed for use with K 2 through K 7 high pressure washers. In practice, it extends your reach and provides a more comfortable spray angle for cleaning hard-to-reach areas without bending or stretching excessively. On the surface, it’s a simple attachment, but its value tends to show up when you need to reach gutters, soffits, or vehicle exteriors without moving the whole unit.

## How it fits your setup
Compatibility is limited to K 2–K 7 models, so if you already own a KÄRCHER pressure washer from this range, the TLA 4 should slot in with minimal fuss. The lance is designed to work as an add‑on rather than a standalone machine, meaning you’ll get improved reach rather than additional cleaning power. If you prioritise reach and consistent spray distance, this accessory aligns with that goal.

## What stands out in everyday use
The telescopic feature helps keep your body in a better posture while cleaning higher surfaces, reducing the need to crouch or lean. It’s particularly useful for people who regularly tackle exterior walls, windows, or eaves where a standard wand feels too short. If you’re after a low‑effort extension to an existing kit, the TLA 4 can feel like a practical improvement.

## The limitations to note
On the downside, the enhancement is about reach rather than raw cleaning performance. It won’t replace a more powerful wand for stubborn grime, and for very tight spaces or delicate surfaces you may still prefer a shorter, more controllable spray. It’s also worth noting that it’s an accessory, so you’ll be relying on your current pressure washer’s performance and your technique.

## Who it’s for
This accessory suits users who own a K 2–K 7 washer and expect to clean tall or distant surfaces more comfortably. It’s a sensible addition if you value extended reach, easier handling, and a steadier spray angle during typical home cleaning tasks.

## Who may want to skip it
If you rarely clean high or distant surfaces, or you’re seeking significant power gains, a different nozzle or tool within your existing kit may deliver more noticeable benefits. Also, if you don’t use the K 2–K 7 range, this lance won’t fit your setup.

## When it makes sense to buy
If you frequently find yourself stretching to reach higher features or you value reducing strain during cleaning, the TLA 4 offers a straightforward, no‑frills improvement. It’s most worthwhile when you already own a compatible pressure washer and want to expand your kit’s versatility without buying a new machine.

## What to check before buying
Confirm your pressure washer is within K 2–K 7 compatibility, and consider whether you’ll actually benefit from added reach in your typical cleaning tasks. If you’re unsure, think about a practical test: could you rely on a longer wand for a couple of tasks this season without changing your workflow?

## Practical usage example
Imagine you’re cleaning the family car’s roof and upper panels. With the TLA 4 extended reach, you can maintain a comfortable stance and keep the nozzle at a steady distance, reducing the need to lean over the vehicle. It’s not a dramatic upgrade, but it can save time and reduce fatigue on longer cleaning sessions.

## How it compares with alternatives
Compared with using a standard wand, this telescopic lance prioritises reach and ergonomics over additional pressure. If you’re weighing options, consider whether you want more reach for tall surfaces or a different tool that increases cleaning power. For most home users, the TLA 4 represents a practical middle ground between flexibility and simplicity.

## FAQ
- Will this work with every KÄRCHER washer? It’s designed for K 2–K 7 models, compatibility with other ranges isn’t specified here.
- Does it add more pressure? The lance itself doesn’t increase power, it mainly extends reach and improves handling.
- Is it easy to install? As an accessory, it should attach to the compatible wand without complex setup, subject to your existing kit.

## Is it worth it?
It’s worth considering if you value extended reach and easier handling for routine exterior cleaning and you already own a compatible KÄRCHER washer. If you prioritise maximum cleaning power or seldom clean high surfaces, you may prefer to stay with your current wand.
