## Description

This rectangle dog bed from JOEJOY combines plush comfort with practical features to help anxious or restless pets settle and relax. The faux fur lining and suede-style exterior offer a soft surface for sleep, while the raised, thick sides give head and neck support that many dogs find reassuring during naps and overnight rest.

## Key Points

The mattress-style mat is made with a cosy faux fur inner layer and a breathable suede outer fabric, which according to the manufacturer helps keep pets comfortable even when temperatures rise. The bed includes a non-slip bottom so it stays put on wooden and tiled floors, useful for active dogs and for pets with reduced mobility. It is machine washable, making routine care straightforward and keeping the sleeping area hygienic. Available in small, medium and large sizes to suit different breeds, the neutral grey colour fits most home décor.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **JOEJOY Dog Bed Medium**
- Material: faux fur lining, suede-style exterior
- Colour: grey
- Sizes available: small, medium, large
- Care: machine washable
- Base: non-slip bottom

## Benefits

Soft cushioning and elevated sides create a snug perimeter that can reduce anxiety by offering a feeling of enclosure. The thick sides act as bolsters for dogs that rest their head on the edge, delivering gentle support for the neck and shoulders. Breathable outer fabric helps to avoid overheating during sleep, while hypoallergenic materials aim to minimise irritation for sensitive skin, according to the product notes. The non-slip base prevents unwanted movement of the bed on smooth surfaces which can make it easier for older dogs to climb in and out.

## Practical Tips

Place the bed in a quiet corner or near your dog’s usual resting spot to encourage use. The machine-washable cover simplifies cleaning after muddy walks or shedding seasons; remove loose hair before washing to help the cycle be more effective. For dogs that chew or dig, consider monitoring initial use to ensure longevity of the fibres. If your pet likes to stretch out, choose the larger size to allow full extension without hanging limbs off the edge.

Note that while the materials are described as hypoallergenic, individual reactions can vary and you may want to observe your pet during the first few nights. The design focuses on approachable comfort rather than heavy orthopaedic support, so for dogs with diagnosed joint conditions a specialised medical mattress might be more appropriate.
