It’s designed for immediate play, with a straightforward USB recharge and two AAA batteries included for the controller. The aim is to bring a nostalgic character to life in a practical, kid-friendly package that’s ready to run out of the box. ## How it works and what you get Setup is simple: charge via USB, pop in the two included AAA batteries for the remote, and you’re ready to move Cosa forward, backward and turn from side to side using a single, ergonomically shaped control. The model is built to feel like the real prop, with soft plastic texture and realistic paint details, including grey stitching accents to suggest a hand-stitched look. ## What stands out in use On the desk or shelf, you’ll notice the toy’s deliberate, low-key design. It’s not about flashy tech, the appeal lies in the character accuracy and the ease of control. For a child at least eight years old, the handle is intuitive enough for a first RC experience, while still offering enough control to feel engaging during play scenes or fan-accurate recreations. ## Pros - Ready-to-run with simple, intuitive controls. - 1:1 scale with detailed visual treatment to resemble the character. - USB recharge plus included controller batteries for quick setup. - Nostalgic appeal for fans and newcomers alike. ## Cons - It relies on basic control without advanced features or programmable modes. - The appeal is strongest for fans of the Addams Family, casual buyers may value a more generic RC toy. - Durability and long-term performance aren’t detailed, so expect everyday wear to show over time. ## Who it’s for This is a solid option for young fans of the Addams Family who want a tangible, nostalgic character to play with rather than a high-spec RC gadget. It also suits older fans seeking a display piece that doubles as a simple, interactive toy. ## Who it isn’t for If you’re after a high-end RC experience with multiple movement modes or quick-change batteries for ongoing play, this model’s simplicity may feel limiting. It may also be less compelling if you want non-character-based, versatile RC action. ## When it makes sense to buy - If you value a faithful, immediately usable character toy with straightforward operation. - If you’re buying for a fan of the franchise who enjoys “Try-Me” style packaging and shelf display. - If you want an easy entry into RC play, with a familiar character as a starting point. ## What to check before you buy - Confirm it’s the 1:1 scale version and that the included controller batteries are present. - Consider whether you prefer an RC toy with basic controls or something offering more features and durability. - If you’re shopping for a younger child, supervise initial use to ensure comfort with the control and handling. ## How it compares to alternatives If you’re weighing this against generic RC figures, the value here is the character accuracy and nostalgic angle rather than cutting-edge performance. It’s more about the experience of bringing a familiar prop to life than chasing speed, range or programmability. ## Is it worth it? ### Buying verdict Worth considering if you’re after a nostalgic, ready-to-run character toy that’s easy to pick up and play for fans of the Addams Family. It may not be the best choice if you’re seeking a feature-rich RC experience or deeper durability claims. You’ll like it if the charm of a 1:1-scale Thing matters to you, and you want a straightforward option for an eight-year-old plus. ## FAQ - How do you power it? A USB recharge for the main unit and two AAA batteries for the controller are included. - What age is appropriate? The product is listed for ages 8 and up. - Does it have advanced movement options? No, it supports forward, backward, and turning via a simple control. ## Images ![Jada Toys Wednesday Addams Thing Ready To Run Remote Control 1:1 Scale for 8 yrs+ — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/3ICpU0afEGX5PTToytz8O4pJlLg3WmFs0Z7g2Mw1BBd5f691LztOyoPvqTgTuA7bcFnZ6OI7gvQ9CxtVUmOP94Jbk7tIPF08q8cNNqUS9QXJTUK36P12c6g7Jw.jpg) ![Jada Toys Wednesday Addams Thing Ready To Run Remote Control 1:1 Scale for 8 yrs+ — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/zwT5G_zX-n2UqRVHEArS92KTG-ESAyn6XjYbaFVHZ4_WPhgPIXXAMmiPhp1B9Ceps0QYi7ksXsOuqrlnnMQoEFQzW3wLQAAU5YKamPQRef1u7KgeTZzBYN77vQ.jpg) ![Jada Toys Wednesday Addams Thing Ready To Run Remote Control 1:1 Scale for 8 yrs+ — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/VBQiE1Fz8-SrzD88s9V2momQS4P8WkmBUFsy1dGhgcvRNA0GbNSk3eANcJa1_bYybuU1xZAU0do_GeH2ER5rSN1YULxtSt3eLeFPTZS_tgkhPmnMlSSXP9RHiw.jpg) ![Jada Toys Wednesday Addams Thing Ready To Run Remote Control 1:1 Scale for 8 yrs+ — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/gK4GHWXHM6hrx7xZxitthg-MUv46klnYLrveK7WsfxsLFl9Et-4cRlpzINvMl_P4Ut27gd7Gx2krs0Fz_7y9vtCIhVGzdot24N8ObbQn7FRgIIflVLz2XlDIFQ.jpg) ![Jada Toys Wednesday Addams Thing Ready To Run Remote Control 1:1 Scale for 8 yrs+ — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/pi73msLgDCTjGK4FoGDDUH3CN8yHqS-q0t3ruflxZ3N9WwYGNncuqkMGgPJGG8324SYo9XBcqqDVkVXY_kCaZDcgKz3pzKAGeHlT9p13iP4h9wxb64WUsNpEmA.jpg)
