## Description

## Key features
If you want a practical way to keep claws busy and give your cat a comfy spot to curl up, the HIOVEL 2 in 1 cat scratching board is a simple, everyday option. It combines a round corrugated scratching area with a cat bed style shape, so your cat can scratch, then rest in the same place. The 60 cm size offers a wide surface area for lounging and scratching in one setup, which can be useful if you share space with more than one cat 🐾.

The curved, circular design is made to support a comfortable curl. The central area naturally wraps around your cat’s spine, which can help reduce joint pressure when they curl up to nap. You are not just buying cardboard for scratching, you are also giving a nest-like resting position that fits typical cat behaviour.

A key everyday advantage is stability during heavy use. The scratching board has reinforced edges and a thickened bottom to help prevent slipping or overturning when your cat scratches with enthusiasm. That matters because a secure base makes the routine easier for you, and safer for your pet.

It also aims to be low maintenance. The semi-enclosed bottom can hold debris from daily scratching, and you can lift and dump the waste to clean it. For busy households, that lessens the need for frequent sweeping around the littered scratch zone.

## What stands out
This scratching board is built around a dual function that matches how many cats naturally use scratching surfaces. Your cat can grind claws on the corrugated area, then settle into the curved centre to rest 🐱. That kind of one piece solution is especially handy in smaller rooms where you want less clutter and fewer separate items.

The wide surface helps with shared use too. If you have multiple cats, the broad mat area can provide enough space for more than one cat to scratch or curl up, even when routines overlap. You should still keep an eye on how your cats interact, especially at first, because some cats prefer their own spots.

Durability and stability are also part of the design. Reinforced edges and a thickened bottom help the board stay in place during intense scratching, rather than sliding across the floor. That is a good sign if your cat tends to scratch with full body weight or pushes the board as they settle in.

## Who it’s for
It suits you if you want a combined scratching and resting option that aligns with natural cat habits. It is a sensible pick for households where scratching behaviour needs a reliable outlet and where a curl up bed style shape can encourage calmer downtime after scratching 🧡.

You may want to skip it if your cat strongly prefers flat scratchers only, or if you need a fully enclosed structure with no visible cardboard surface. It can still work for many cats, but fit and preference will vary, so watching your cat’s first few sessions is worth doing.
