Pros
Notifications and media controls are handled cleanly, so calls, texts and music controls appear at a glance. The vibrant touchscreen with custom faces makes quick checks straightforward. Sleep tracking is comprehensive, with a personalised sleep profile and daily sleep score available with the included Premium membership. There are a few trade offs, such as reliance on the companion app for deeper analysis, which may not suit everyone.
Getting the most from it
It’s a good idea to pair the device with Google services to unlock location and payment features, and to enable personalised guidance via the app. Want better sleep insight? Use the Smart Wake and sleep mode features together. How will you use the built in GPS, for runs or for walks with accurate routes? Keep the device charged regularly to maintain continuous monitoring and timely notifications.
