## Description

This wired Xbox controller from GameSir brings durable, tournament‑ready controls for PC and Xbox players who demand consistency and customisation. It tackles common controller wear by using hall effect sensors in both the sticks and triggers, so stick‑drift is avoided over long sessions and trigger response remains stable. The wired connection keeps latency low and the 3.5mm earphone port supports voice chat without adapters. If you want to tweak behaviour, the GameSir Nexus software lets you remap inputs, adjust dead zones and tune vibration, offering a personalised feel for different games.

## Key points

The GameSir G7 SE focuses on longevity and precision. Its non‑contact magnetic sensors are designed to remove mechanical wear from stick movement, which can make a noticeable difference after months of heavy use. The controller also includes two mappable back buttons that can be toggled with quick‑latch switches, useful for reducing finger travel in competitive play. It works natively with Xbox Series X S, Xbox One and Windows 10 11, so switching between console and PC is straightforward.

## Why it makes sense

You’ll notice greater control and fewer maintenance worries during extended sessions. The programmable layout and software customisation suit players who like to fine tune inputs for different genres, from racers to fighters. The quick‑latch back buttons are a practical addition for those who prefer mapped shortcuts without shifting grip.

## Who it’s for

**It’s a good fit if** you play on Xbox or PC and want a rugged wired pad with adjustable controls and built‑in audio support, especially if stick longevity is a priority. **It may not suit you if** you need wireless freedom or if you prefer controllers with proprietary ecosystem features that rely on wireless integration.
