For ongoing protection, place the mat on a dry, clean surface and avoid sharp objects that could compromise the fabric. When it needs a refresh, place it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat or air dry to maintain the plush feel. The lightweight folded form makes it easy to carry to a friend's house or to planned outdoor activities, turning almost any space into a safe play zone.
