The Funfox Dog Harness Small is a padded chest-vest style harness designed to reduce the impact of pulling compared with simple collars, using a front “anti-pull” clip setup. On paper, it’s built around two practical ideas: comfort for everyday wear and control when training. The harness includes a vertical handle for quick guidance when you need a bit of extra support over obstacles or in busy areas, plus reflective strips aimed at night visibility. ## Key points (what you’ll notice day to day) The first thing you’ll likely notice is the fit approach. It uses adjustable straps at four points, and the brand asks you to measure your pet’s neck and chest then match to the size chart (S/M/L are mentioned in the base info, with this listing being the small size). That matters because a harness that sits wrong can be annoying or less effective. Comfort is the second theme. The harness is described as having plush padding on the chest and belly, plus a mesh lining, intended to distribute pressure more evenly. That’s particularly relevant for longer walks or active play, where cheaper, flatter straps can start to feel harsher. Then there’s control. It’s a dual-clip system: the sturdy front clip (chest ring) is meant to gently steer your dog sideways when they pull, discouraging the behaviour. For calmer walks, the back clip can be used instead. It’s not magic—training still takes time—but the design gives you two ways to manage the walk. There’s also practical safety: reflective strips for low-light walks, so your dog is more noticeable to cars and pedestrians when it’s darker. ## Where it stands out **Comfort-focused padding and a vest shape.** Rather than relying on a narrow strap pressing against one area, the padded chest and belly approach can be kinder for small dogs who haven’t mastered “loose lead” walking yet. **Dual-clip control for different situations.** The front clip setup for anti-pull, and the back clip option for calm walking, gives you flexibility. This is handy if your dog has “good moments” during the walk but still occasionally pulls. **A vertical handle you can grab.** It’s the sort of feature you’ll appreciate during real-life moments: lifting your dog slightly to clear a tricky step, moving them away from foot traffic, or keeping control when you’re practising around distractions. **Reflective strips for night walks.** If you walk early mornings or evenings, reflective elements are a straightforward extra layer of reassurance. ## Things to consider before you buy This harness is described as “small” (size S), and sizing depends on neck and chest measurements. If your measurements land near the edge of the size chart, it’s worth taking extra care, because a no-pull harness only works as intended when it sits properly. Also, the steering effect is described as “gently steer your dog sideways”. That can be effective for many dogs, but it does mean your dog’s body position changes when they pull—so it may not suit every temperament or training style straight away. Finally, while the materials are described as durable and waterproof polyester/Oxford fabric with breathable mesh lining, you’ll still want to check that the harness sits comfortably on your pet over your typical walk duration. Some dogs are sensitive to snug straps even when the padding is present. ## Tech specs - Type: No-pull dog harness (padded chest vest style) - Size: Small (S) - Adjustable straps: Four key points - Clips: 2 leash clips (front chest ring and back clip) - Handle: Vertical handle - Padding: Plush padding on chest and belly - Linings/materials mentioned: Durable waterproof polyester and Oxford fabric, breathable mesh lining - Safety feature: Reflective strips for night visibility ## Who it suits best (and who might want to skip it) It’s a good fit if you want a harness that focuses on everyday comfort and gives you a practical way to manage pulling during training. The dual-clip system and front anti-pull design make it especially relevant if your puppy or small dog is still learning. It may not suit you as well if you already have a harness that fits perfectly and your dog rarely pulls—then you might not need the complexity of two clipping positions and the extra handle. It might also be a better to-be-careful purchase if you don’t know your dog’s neck and chest measurements or you’re unsure which end of the size chart you fall into, because fit is central to how these no-pull designs perform. ## Final verdict **Worth considering** if you’re buying a small dog harness for training and calmer walks, and you like the idea of steering support from the front clip alongside a back-clip option for quieter moments. The padded chest/belly design and reflective strips are useful everyday touches. **You may want to look elsewhere** if you’re not confident about sizing from neck and chest measurements, or if you prefer a simpler harness style without dual clip positions and a grab handle. For some dogs, that fit-and-position dependence can be the difference between “works well” and “feels fiddly”. ## Mini FAQ ## How do I choose between front and back clip? Use the front clip (chest ring) for anti-pull control, and the back clip for calm walks, according to the dual-clip guidance in the product description. ## Is it suitable for night walks? The harness includes reflective strips intended to improve visibility in low light, so it’s designed with evening/early-morning walks in mind. ## Does it come in multiple sizes? The description mentions size chart matching in S, M, and L, and this specific product is the small size (S). ## What measurements do I need? You’re asked to measure your pet’s neck and chest, then consult the size chart to get the ideal match. ## Does the harness claim to be waterproof? The materials are described as durable and waterproof polyester (alongside Oxford fabric), but as always it’s wise to check how you’ll use it in rain and whether you’ll clean/dry it after wet walks. ## Images ![Funfox Dog Harness Small \(Camo Brown S\) – No-pull puppy harness with vertical handle, reflective strips & 2 clips — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/wRuVgVKZ8whQJnX1eRX7mlHF9UVubGy9jy911fVoHbCbcow_BTQaSo5mGD27WdpB64IdlVqJFNrDo9GgNUDILQlEmXQD3L5hiRuiB1NhigfleXYXs2Pz1uNpQQ.jpg) ![Funfox Dog Harness Small \(Camo Brown S\) – No-pull puppy harness with vertical handle, reflective strips & 2 clips — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/JtL_LYi_jaP5H7aVIfWUPqekeOte_HkyzV3tbIk6qGGIz8sePm-jfZM6zpJXqKj1o3QHHxjt64kYON9-MmztSovh8joDmC2KEt73smadBXDjc2LZzfKhBkgLcw.jpg) ![Funfox Dog Harness Small \(Camo Brown S\) – No-pull puppy harness with vertical handle, reflective strips & 2 clips — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/uLE5tyR15eFCgICE3PwJLQBQxBc8EO9zj8jHdLRU-wLL2f9tEt1sKa4Tv_mfV6c1uRizuPh2kMJsWCCwzZB_jltnZgjE8NNx0B--THLzozWyikhHDknq1nT5DA.jpg) ![Funfox Dog Harness Small \(Camo Brown S\) – No-pull puppy harness with vertical handle, reflective strips & 2 clips — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/MPXGAENej2UHtabUh9sQ_IhqhQMjiU2CWb8G_XyTEFiZNqilGl0b3U_Cfasn0ONAxGsv9wxwGENltzyx4x7Czzjoge6UEtt9PntQW46PaZ6VcKtHFIiBEknF_Q.jpg) ![Funfox Dog Harness Small \(Camo Brown S\) – No-pull puppy harness with vertical handle, reflective strips & 2 clips — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/qcl94DWzDFrmSSAeesR_oXWeCesPhoKSQiG_WdYcYRnmyrXFinl8g0vl_KOToOwiNViZCp-RNGuHIyRRjop4wBRGicFNj6q0umhlDjlxrtZIBBB4p2xWpRMyCA.jpg)
