## Description

These high waisted gym leggings aim to combine shaping support with everyday practicality for workouts and casual wear. The soft compression band flattens the tummy and helps define the waist while the opaque fabric stays in place during squats and stretches. The first paragraph uses the long-tail naturally by describing tummy control leggings as a practical choice for active women seeking reliable coverage and comfort.

## Key features

The leggings use a fitted cut that follows curves without restricting movement. Practical side pockets hold a mobile or keys so you can leave a bag behind for short runs or gym sessions. Breathable, moisture-wicking fabric keeps skin drier during higher intensity training, and the material is described as soft and stretchy to suit a range of body shapes. Note that according to the manufacturer, colours resist fading and the fabric resists pilling but specific fabric composition is not provided.

## Usage tips

Wear these leggings for yoga, running, Pilates or everyday athleisure. The high waist offers extra coverage when bending and the pockets are useful for short outdoor runs or gym classes. It makes sense if you prefer a streamlined legging with subtle shaping and storage, but bear in mind that exact stretch and hold vary by size and body shape.

## Care & maintenance

Follow the care suggestions from the maker to prolong life, wash with like colours and machine wash cold. Avoid bleach and ironing, and hand wash if you want to be cautious. Proper care helps the fabric keep its softness and opacity over time.
