## Description

This compact digital voice recorder is aimed at capturing meetings, interviews and lectures with clear audio and simple controls. If you need a reliable digital voice recorder for lectures, this model offers one-button recording, built-in noise reduction and a large internal memory to store many hours of audio.

## Key Points

The recorder uses DSP noise reduction to reduce ambient noise and help restore spoken detail for clearer playback. It supports high-bitrate WAV files up to 1536 kbps and a range of other audio formats including MP3, FLAC and WMA, which makes it flexible for different transcription and playback needs. 🎧

A voice-activated recording mode saves storage by capturing audio only when someone is speaking, which is useful in interviews and long lectures. The device is small and lightweight, so it can be carried in a pocket or bag for classes, field reporting or podcast notes. 🔋

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Fikyra 32GB Digital Voice Recorder**
- Memory: 32GB internal
- Audio formats: WAV (up to 1536 kbps), MP3, APE, FLAC, WMA, OGG
- Battery and runtime: Manufacturer listing states up to 30 hours of continuous use, original product details note more than 20 hours recording and about 10 hours playback according to the manufacturer
- File capacity: Can store up to 199 audio files

## Usage Recommendations

For lectures and meetings start recording with the REC button for immediate capture and enable AVR to avoid long silent segments. Place the recorder on a flat surface near the speaker or clip it within one metre for best clarity. When recording interviews consider using AVR with manual recording as a backup if the conversation has long pauses.

Connect the device to a computer via the supplied USB cable to transfer files or use the unit as a USB drive. The built-in speaker lets you check recordings on the go, and the A-B replay function helps with transcribing specific passages. Note that performance in very noisy environments depends on microphone placement and surrounding sound, and very distant voices may still be harder to pick up clearly.

## Benefits

This unit combines convenient portability with versatile format support, so files are ready for playback or editing on most devices. The built-in 32GB memory removes the immediate need for extra cards, and multiple playback options mean you can listen directly from the device or move files to a PC. Consider that battery estimates vary between sources, so for extended use you may want to recharge between long sessions.
