## Description

## At a glance
The FEELNEEDY YPD-C004P battery pet fountain offers cordless hydration for cats and small dogs, combining a 4 litre reservoir with a built-in 4000mAh rechargeable battery that the manufacturer says lasts up to 45 days on a full charge. It suits homes where mains sockets are scarce or where you prefer to avoid trailing cables, and it aims to keep water fresh with a multi-stage filter system. The long runtime and silent pump make it practical for busy households and night-time placement.

## What stands out
This wireless fountain has three flow modes to match different routines. Sensor mode activates the flow when motion is detected, timed mode pulses every 15 minutes for 15 seconds, and a standard continuous flow works when the unit is connected to mains power. The 4-layer circulation filtration uses ion exchange resin, activated carbon, non-woven fabric and high-density sponge to reduce odour, heavy metal ions and impurities, which helps encourage pets to drink more. Expect very low noise, the pump runs at around 35 decibels according to the manufacturer, so it is discreet near sleeping areas. ⚡💧

## Best use cases
This fountain is useful when you need reliable water for a cat or a couple of small dogs while out for a few days or when avoiding cables is a priority. It makes sense if you value quieter operation and simple modes that require little interaction. Do bear in mind that filter replacements are required over time and the exact runtime will depend on mode and environment.
