## Description

This indoor security camera from EZVIZ combines a fixed wide lens and a pan‑tilt lens to monitor rooms with fewer blind spots, offering 2K+ capture and colour night vision for low light. It suits homeowners and renters who want continuous coverage and object-aware alerts. The long‑range Wi‑Fi support helps keep a stable connection across larger homes. Do you need automated tracking without constant manual control? The C7 answers that need while keeping operation straightforward.

## What to know

The camera pairs a 108° fixed lens with a 60° PT lens, and links them so the PT module tracks detected movement automatically. According to the manufacturer, human and pet detection refines tracking to reduce false alerts. Patrol mode lets you define a sweep across the room so the device covers corners on a schedule. Two storage paths are available, including local microSD up to 512G and optional cloud plans, which gives flexibility for privacy and cost control. 📶

## Tech specs

- Name: **EZVIZ C7 Dual-Lens 2K+ Indoor Security Camera**
- Type: Indoor security camera
- Colour night vision: Starlight colour night vision, F1.6 aperture
- Connectivity: Dual band Wi‑Fi 6
- Storage: microSD up to 512G

## Where it shines

It excels at persistent indoor surveillance where a single static view would miss activity. The dual‑lens linkage and auto‑tracking reduce the need to scroll through footage manually. Night performance is notably improved thanks to the larger aperture, which keeps scenes recognisable in dim settings. Two storage options mean you can avoid subscription fees if you prefer local recording. 🔔

## Everyday use

Set up is aimed at everyday users and the interface supports two‑way calling for quick interactions with visitors or pets. The patrol and customised patterns let you fine tune coverage without advanced networking skills. Keep in mind that to use cloud features you will need a subscription for off‑site retention, and microSD cards are sold separately.
