EVA hard camera case 17.8cm purple

A hard shell camera case for instant film cameras, designed to help protect your Polaroid OneStep and OneStep series, including OneStep+, OneStep 2, Now 2nd and 3rd, Now+ Gen 2 and 3rd, Flip, and I-Type film cameras. It is built with EVA hard material plus an oxford cloth outer, with a compact footprint that makes it easier to take your camera along on days out and trips. The adjustable shoulder strap is a practical touch when you want your hands free, while the inner storage space helps keep small essentials in order. 📷

The essentials

If you carry an instant film camera regularly, a dedicated protective case can make day to day storage and transport much less stressful. This camera case is made to fit the Polaroid onestep and now series listed by the manufacturer, covering models such as OneStep, OneStep+, OneStep 2, Now 2nd and 3rd, Now+ Gen 2 and 3rd, Flip, and I-Type film cameras. It uses a hard EVA outer shell designed to shield against dust, collisions, and scratches, while the soft inner texture helps reduce scuffs during handling. 🤝

The case is also compact, which matters if your bag is already full. With a net weight of 189g and dimensions of 17.8 by 14 by 10.2cm, it is intended as a practical accessory for carrying and protecting your camera without adding too much bulk. For everyday use, the included strap helps you carry the case comfortably, whether you are heading to a walk, a weekend visit, or simply moving between home and outings.

One point to note, the manufacturer states that the camera itself is not included, so you are buying storage and protection for your Polaroid camera, not the camera unit. That distinction helps you plan your purchase properly before you order. ✅

What stands out

The main benefit is protection without making the case complicated to live with. The combination of a hard EVA exterior and a soft texture inner helps manage the everyday risks that come with travel, such as knocks in a bag and minor contact with other items. The oxford cloth surface also supports a comfortable feel, rather than a rigid, purely plastic enclosure. 😊

Carrying can be a real factor with instant cameras, especially when you are moving around with film and accessories. This case includes an adjustable shoulder strap that can be detached, giving you flexibility depending on how you are travelling that day. When the strap is set up, it can free your hands, which is helpful when you are photographing, browsing, or carrying additional gear.

Storage is practical as well. There is a mesh pocket on the inner side for accessories like films and camera data cables, which helps reduce the chance of small items getting separated or lost. If you prefer to keep everything together for quick shoots, that pocket can make the case more than just a shell. It also makes the overall setup more convenient, particularly if you like to pack lightly for spontaneous outings.

A final practical check is compatibility with your exact Polaroid model. The manufacturer lists a specific set of models, including Polaroid OneStep+, OneStep 2, Now 2nd and 3rd, Now+ Gen 2 and 3rd, Flip, and I-Type film cameras, so it is worth confirming your camera is within that range before ordering. With the right fit, this hard case can be a straightforward way to keep your camera organised and protected during transport.
