ESR Armorite screen protector for Apple Watch Ultra 49 mm
Product description
This tempered glass protector for the 49 mm Apple Watch Ultra brings reinforced edge-to-edge defence while keeping touchscreen responsiveness and the watch’s original look. It fits Ultra models from 2022 to 2025 and aims to protect against scratches and impacts without affecting daily use.
Key Points
The protector uses a super-hard tempered glass layer that, according to the manufacturer, offers up to 50 kg impact resistance and guards the screen from everyday knocks and scratches. The aluminium alloy frame aligns with the watch bezel to preserve the stainless steel appearance and sit flush with the case. Installation is designed to be user friendly, with a special epoxy resin that helps eliminate bubbles during fitting and ensures a secure adhesion. For busy users who want a nearly invisible shield that retains touch sensitivity, this solution works with swipe and tap gestures while reducing fingerprint marks thanks to an oleophobic coating. 🛡️⌚

Benefits
Using this protector helps keep the display clear and responsive while adding a visible metal frame that blends with the watch’s design. The tempered glass preserves touch accuracy, allowing quick interactions and maintaining haptic feedback. The aluminium alloy rim provides extra rim strength and keeps the protector aligned, which reduces edge chipping. Consider that the protective frame matches stainless steel finishes more naturally than matte or coloured sport finishes. 🧭
Usage Recommendations
Clean the watch screen carefully before applying the film and follow the included video guides for a bubble-free fit. Apply in a dust-free room and press centrally to encourage the epoxy resin to spread and push out air pockets. If you alternate between rugged outdoor activities and everyday wear, swapping protectors periodically can help maintain clarity and scratch resistance. Note that this protector is not compatible with standard Apple Watch Series models or Apple Watch SE versions, so check the watch model year before fitting.
