Enzeno Garden Furniture Cover 180x120x74cm

This heavy-duty outdoor table and chair cover from Enzeno protects garden furniture from rain and dust while remaining breathable and easy to fit. With an upgraded 420D Oxford fabric and a built-in air vent, this 180 x 120 x 74 cm cover aims to keep outdoor tables and surrounding chairs dry and better ventilated during all seasons.

Key Points

The cover uses thicker 420D Oxford material instead of the older 210D weave, which the manufacturer says improves water resistance and longevity. It features double rot-resistant seams with waterproof stitching to reduce wear and keep moisture out. An air vent helps limit condensation and wind lift, which is useful in changeable weather. A full-length design provides wraparound protection for most rectangular patio tables and paired seats, and the neutral colour blends with many garden settings. 🌧️🍃

Usage Recommendations

Place the cover over clean, dry furniture to avoid trapping existing moisture and causing mildew. Secure any ties or fastenings if provided, especially in windy conditions, to prevent the cover from blowing off. For winter storage, ensure the cover is checked periodically and dried if it becomes wet to prolong its life. ☀️

Advantages

The thicker fabric offers greater durability and, according to the manufacturer, enhanced waterproofing under pressure up to reported high levels of water resistance. The double-stitched seams add resilience against tearing and rot, which may lengthen the useful life compared with thinner covers. The vent is a simple but effective addition to lower internal humidity and reduce the risk of mould forming on furniture surfaces. 🛠️

Note that while the improved fabric is described as highly water resistant by the maker, heavy prolonged exposure to driving rain or water pooling could still lead to some ingress over time. Consider storing delicate cushions indoors or under a secondary cover for added protection.
