## Description

This 1.47-inch colour smart watch from Enfit is built for daily activity tracking and varied workouts, offering over 100 sport modes and continuous heart rate and sleep monitoring to help you keep an eye on fitness trends while you move. The clear display and adjustable brightness make it easy to read outdoors and at night, and message alerts help you stay connected without pulling out your phone.

## Key Points

The Enfit tracker records steps, distance, calories and exercise duration across many activities including running, swimming and yoga. It features 24/7 heart rate monitoring and SpO2 readings together with automatic sleep analysis to report light and deep sleep phases, according to the manufacturer. Notification support covers text messages and popular app alerts so you can see calls and messages at a glance. Battery life can reach around seven days on a full charge depending on usage and settings. The device uses Bluetooth 5.2 and works with Android 6.0 and iOS 10 or later, but it is not compatible with PCs, iPads or tablets.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name: Enfit Smart Watch PK**

- Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.2, compatible with Android 6.0 and iOS 10+
- Battery life: up to 7 days (varies with usage)

## Benefits

Wearing this Enfit smartwatch brings continuous biometrics into everyday life with heart rate and blood oxygen measurements available during the day and on demand. The broad selection of sport modes means you can track many specific sessions more accurately than with a simple step counter. Customisable watch faces, including the option to use your own photos, allow personalisation so the look matches your style. The fitness alerts and on-screen notifications reduce interruptions during meetings or workouts while keeping you informed.

## Usage Recommendations

For best results enable continuous heart rate monitoring and sync regularly to the companion app to review trends. Use the swim mode when entering water and rinse the watch after exposure to salt or chlorinated water to preserve the seals. Consider that battery life will be shorter if you keep the screen at maximum brightness or run GPS-like tracking features frequently. If you prefer minimal interruptions, adjust which apps send notifications from the app settings to focus only on what matters.
