ELECCI 10L/Day Dehumidifier with 1.4L Tank 🏠

This compact dehumidifier is built to control damp in small to medium rooms and to speed up clothes drying, making it a practical dehumidifier for home and clothes drying while keeping noise low. It removes up to 10 litres per day according to the manufacturer and offers a choice of modes to match laundry, living space or sleeping hours.

Key Points

The unit includes four operational modes that let you target humidity from RH40% to RH80% or select continuous operation. For laundry use the Drying mode which runs in continuous operation by default and helps garments dry faster. The Sleep and Raining modes use lower fan settings to reduce noise and disturbance. 🌙

Mobility is simple thanks to a built-in handle and four castors, so moving the appliance between a laundry room and bedroom is effortless. The 1.4 litre removable tank collects condensate and the machine stops automatically when the tank is full, with an indicator light and an audible alert. There is also a continuous drainage option if you prefer to hook up a hose for unattended operation. 🚰

Do note that the stated 10 L/day performance is measured under specific test conditions of high humidity and temperature, according to the manufacturer, so actual extraction in cooler or less humid rooms will be lower. The unit is intended for rooms of around 16 to 31 m² under those test conditions, and it may be less effective in larger open-plan spaces.

Usage Recommendations

Place the dehumidifier on a flat surface with good airflow around its intake and outlet to maximise efficiency. For continuous laundry drying, connect the drain hose to a suitable drain and select Drying mode to maintain a constant extraction rate. If using in a bedroom set the Sleep mode for reduced noise during night-time use. Keep the tank accessible for regular emptying if you do not use the continuous drainage option. 🧺

Benefits

The appliance offers straightforward digital controls including a humidity display and selectable target humidity, which helps maintain a more comfortable indoor environment. The compact footprint and caster wheels make it suitable for flats, bathrooms, laundry areas and small basements. Energy saving is supported by eco settings that reduce fan speed and compressor runtime when high extraction is not required.

Some practical limitations include the modest tank capacity which requires emptying more often if the unit runs frequently, and the extraction rate being dependent on ambient conditions. Also consider that performance will vary if placed in very cold or large rooms.
