Benefits
These clips are made with an electrophoresis surface finish that improves abrasion and corrosion resistance, according to the manufacturer. That means less visible wear when used outdoors and better protection against moisture. The spring-loaded latch allows one-handed operation, so clipping ropes or chains is quick and straightforward. A practical advantage is the pack quantity of 16, which makes it easy to stock multiple attachment points without sourcing individual items.
How to use it
Handle the clip with a firm grip and press the spring gate to insert rope, chain or a strap, then release to lock. The maximum opening of 0.41" fits most small ropes and light chains used at campsites and in garden setups. It’s designed for repeated fastening and unfastening, though bear in mind that working load is per clip and safety margins should be observed.
What’s included
The pack contains 16 black spring snap hooks, each described above with the stated measurements and load ratings. The set is useful for spares, repairs or new installations around tents, hammocks and outdoor play equipment.
