## Description

This high-back office chair combines adjustable support and breathable materials to help reduce fatigue during long periods at a desk. It has an adjustable headrest, lumbar support and liftable armrests, making it suitable for working, studying or gaming at home or in the office.

## Key Points

The chair features a contoured S-shaped back that follows the natural curve of the spine and an adjustable lumbar cushion for lower back support. The breathable mesh backrest keeps air flowing through the seasons, while the cushioned seat balances comfort and durability. The headrest can be raised up to 10 cm and rotated to suit neck position, helping to relieve tension after prolonged sitting. 🪑

Adjustability is a strong suit. The seat height can be altered by about 10 cm to match desk heights, and the armrests lift within a 9 cm range to clear the desk when needed. The tilt function allows the backrest to recline between 90° and 130° for rest positions, although the recline cannot be locked when tilted, which is something to consider if you prefer fixed angles.

## Usage Recommendations

For desk work, set the seat height so your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees sit roughly level with your hips, then fine-tune the lumbar cushion for lower back comfort. For short breaks or relaxed reading, recline the backrest toward 130 degrees and rotate the headrest to support the neck. The chair’s five-star base and quiet casters are suited to hard and soft floors, and the ability to tuck the chair under the desk works well when space is limited. ⚙️

Assembly is straightforward and the package includes tools, screws and gloves to speed installation. Consider that the mesh back gives good ventilation but will offer less cushioning than a padded full-back model, which may matter during very long sitting sessions. 🔧.
