## Description

This single memory foam mattress from Doubleslee combines a medium-firm feel with zoned support to help reduce pressure and improve overnight comfort. If you are searching for a memory foam mattress for back pain relief, the 9-zone layout and a gel-infused top layer are intended to ease pressure points while keeping movement transfer to a minimum.

## Key Points

The mattress pairs a soft gel memory foam comfort layer with a firmer high-density foam base to balance contouring and support. The top layer adapts to body contours, which can help relieve shoulder and hip pressure while the support core maintains spinal alignment during sleep. It comes vacuum packed for easier delivery and requires around 48 to 72 hours to regain full shape after unboxing. 🛏️

This model includes a breathable, hypoallergenic cover with small ventilation holes to assist temperature regulation and reduce the build-up of humidity. For those who share a bed or move during sleep, the construction aims to reduce disturbance from a partner's movements, helping both sleepers to wake less often. ❄️

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Doubleslee Single Memory Foam Mattress**
- Size: 90 x 190 x 20 cm (often referred to as an 8 inch single)
- Comfort layer: 4 cm gel memory foam
- Support core: 16 cm high-density foam
- Firmness: Medium firm according to the manufacturer
- Zones: 9-zone pressure relief system
- Packaging: Vacuum rolled and boxed, expands in 48-72 hours

## Usage Recommendations

Place the mattress on a flat, solid base or a slatted bed frame that supports the full length to maintain warranty conditions and support performance. Allow the mattress to expand fully in a well-ventilated room, and avoid sleeping on it until it has fully recovered from compression. For cleaning, spot clean the cover as required and follow the manufacturer’s care notes to preserve breathability and the fabric finish.

Consider that very heavy sleepers may find the medium-firm feel softer than expected over time. Also note that gel-infused foam can moderate temperature for many users but may not be as cooling as mattresses that include active airflow cores or specialised cooling textiles. Motion isolation is a useful attribute if you sleep with a partner and value undisturbed rest, however individual responses to pressure relief and support vary.
