## Description

## What is it?
The DOMSHOCT Dual Monitor Stand Riser is a metal desk organiser designed to elevate and support two monitors while offering open, accessible storage underneath. Built from thick bent carbon steel, it supports a substantial load and keeps the lower area free from blocked panels, allowing space for a keyboard, laptop or a stack of books.

## How it works
Length is adjustable from 80cm to 112cm, and the angle can be customised to suit different desks and comfort preferences. This flexibility helps you set a viewing height that reduces neck and eye strain over long sessions. The stand sits on four bottom rubber pads to prevent desk scratches and to minimise movement during use.

## What stands out (the good bits)
Key features include the full open bottom storage, which makes it easy to store a keyboard, laptop or books without cluttering the sides. The integrated tablet slot keeps devices like a tablet or phone stable and within reach, without encroaching on the monitor area. With a 75kg load capacity, the construction emphasises stability for a typical home or small office setup.

## Potential limitations
If you prioritise a compact footprint or a fixed, non-adjustable height, this stand’s adjustable length may feel more feature-rich than necessary. While the open bottom design is convenient, it does mean you need to keep the lower area organised to maximise accessibility.

## Who it’s for
This is well-suited for anyone looking to tidy a desk while creating an ergonomic viewing position for multiple screens. It’s potentially attractive for home offices, student desks, or workspaces where a tablet or phone needs to stay handy but separate from the main monitor area.

## What to check before buying
- Confirm the total width you need on your desk (the stand extends up to 112cm).
- Ensure your desk surface can accommodate the metal chassis and the open storage underneath.
- Consider how you’ll organise the lower space to keep the area practical, given the open design.

## In-use scenario: a practical example
Imagine a desk where two monitors sit at eye level, with a keyboard tucked beneath the open lower space and a tablet resting in the integrated slot. You can tilt the monitors to match your natural line of sight, reducing head tilt during long editing sessions. The rubber feet grip well on a plain wooden desk, preventing slips as you reach for notes or a mouse.

## Final verdict
Is it worth it? If you value adjustable reach and a dedicated tablet slot in a sturdy, open-bottom stand, the DOMSHOCT model offers practical flexibility for a mid‑range desk setup. It may not be the lightest option, and its size is better suited to larger desks where the 80–112cm range can be utilised effectively. Consider your space and whether you’ll benefit from the open storage rather than a closed shelf.

## FAQ
- How adjustable is the length really? The stand length is adjustable between 80cm and 112cm.
- What about desk protection? It features four non-slip pads to protect surfaces and minimise movement.
- Can I use only one monitor with it? Yes, it is designed to hold two monitors but can accommodate a single screen and still provide open storage below.
