## Description

## What it is and what it aims to solve
These are extra large puppy training pads, sized 86 x 70 cm, sold in a bulk pack of 100. They’re designed to help with house training by giving puppies a clearly marked toilet area and attracting them to the pad with built-in pheromones. The idea is to make the first weeks of toilet training calmer for both pet and owner, reducing accidents around the home.

## How the design helps with absorbency and mess control
The pads use a six-layer construction with a rapid‑acting polymer that turns liquid into gel. This improves absorption and helps keep moisture contained, so floors stay drier between changes. A leak‑proof backing adds an extra layer of protection, acting as a barrier to prevent seepage onto carpets or wood floors. The quilted surface helps to quickly localise any moisture.

## What stands out in everyday use
The generous 86 x 70 cm size is useful for a range of dog sizes and can accommodate larger breeds or puppies during early training phases. A bulk pack of 100 means you’re less often running short, which can be convenient for busy households or training setups. In practice, you’ll likely change pads less frequently than smaller packs, saving time on tidy‑ups.

## Who it suits and when it makes sense
If you’re starting toilet training with a new puppy or managing a multi-puppy household, these pads provide a consistent, dedicated spot for relief and can help establish routines. They’re also suitable for use with older pets during retraining or for other small animals. If your space is small or you prefer frequent pad changes, you might find the 100‑pad bulk less practical in the short term.

## Notable limitations to consider
On the surface, the six‑layer design is thorough, but real-world performance can vary with heavier or more frequent use. The effectiveness of pheromones in attracting a particular puppy may differ from your expectations. If you prioritise ultra‑compact storage or a lighter pack, a smaller size might be more appropriate.

## What to check before buying
- Confirm the exact pad dimensions to ensure it fits your training area and any enclosures.
- Consider your cleaning routine: the leak‑proof backing helps, but ensuring you have a dedicated bin or disposal method will speed up changes.
- Think about how many changes you’ll need weekly and whether a 100‑pad pack aligns with your training timeline.

## Practical use and comparisons
In practice, these pads offer a straightforward approach to toilet training that balances absorbency with flooring protection. They sit in a mid‑range category in terms of bulk purchase value: not the smallest option, but potentially more economical over time than frequent smaller packs. If you’re after a low‑hassle setup for home training, they are worth considering, if you already have a well‑established routine with a different system, they may be a secondary choice.

## Is it worth it?
### Buying verdict
For households prioritising fewer changes between refills and a clear potty spot for puppies, this 100‑pack of extra large pads can be sensible value. If your training needs are modest or you have limited storage space, you may want to assess whether a smaller pack would be more convenient. In short, they’re a practical option for ongoing house training rather than a premium or niche solution.

## FAQ
- Do these pads work for larger dogs? The 86 x 70 cm size covers a broad area, but suitability depends on the dog’s size and training setup.
- How effective are the pheromones? They’re designed to guide puppies to the pad, but results can vary between individual animals.
- Can cats or other small pets use these pads? The description notes they can be used for cats, rabbits and other small pets, though results may differ by species.
