DERW Thermostatic Shower Mixer 12" rainhead
Product description
This thermostatic shower set brings a spa-style shower to the bathroom with a 12-inch square rainfall head and a matching 6-mode handheld. It combines temperature-stable performance and a modern black finish to refresh daily routines for families and individuals seeking reliable comfort.
Key Points
The 12-inch 304 stainless steel rain head uses 196 silicone nozzles to deliver an even, dense flow that mimics a rainfall effect, according to the manufacturer. The set includes a 124 cm extendable shower bar and a rotating bracket for flexible positioning, which makes it easier to adjust height and direction for different users. The handheld unit offers six spray modes controlled by a side push, so switching between a gentle mist and a stronger massage jet is straightforward. The thermostatic mixer aims to hold the water at a stable 38°C with a one-touch lock and includes an integrated one-way check valve and convex filter to reduce debris entering the valve.

The Best of This Model
The black electrophoretic painted finish gives the set a contemporary look while claiming improved corrosion resistance and paint adhesion. This makes the fixture visually striking in modern bathrooms and helps preserve appearance over time. The anti-leak hose and anti-scald thermostatic control are intended to improve everyday safety and convenience, reducing sudden temperature swings while showering.
Usage Recommendations
For installation, the mixer is designed to align with existing wall holes to simplify mounting and minimise additional drilling. Position the rotating bracket to suit the primary user height and test the one-touch temperature lock at low flow first to confirm the 38°C setting operates as expected. Consider that performance such as spray pressure and thermostatic accuracy will depend on your plumbing and water supply, and heavy limescale areas may require periodic nozzle cleaning to maintain spray patterns.
