Cuisinart FreezeEase Pro ice cream maker

The essentials

The Cuisinart FreezeEase Pro is a self freezing ice cream maker that eliminates freezer preps and waiting. With a built in compressor you can whip up silky ice cream, gelato, sorbet or frozen yoghurt in around 40 minutes, ready to enjoy sooner than you might think. The device offers four presets to simplify each batch while still allowing customisation through the mix in funnel for personalised hits of flavour.

Its generous 1.5 L capacity means you can batch more for family dessert nights or small gatherings, and the 90 minute keep cool function ensures your desserts stay scoopable if you are not ready to serve immediately. This model is designed for practical, everyday use with straightforward controls and a streamlined exterior that’s easy to clean after back to back batches. A dedicated mix only mode helps you prep your base or blend ingredients before freezing, ensuring consistent texture every time.
