## Description

## What it is and what it solves
The COOPER 360° Stand is a compact, rotating desk stand designed to hold your phone hands-free. It aims to make video calls, streaming, and casual viewing more comfortable by allowing a full 360° swivel and a stable base that stays put on your desk. Its foldable design and lightweight build favour portable use, whether you’re at home, in the kitchen, or on the move. If you prioritise a tidy workspace and consistent phone placement, this stand offers a practical solution that reduces grip fatigue and desk clutter.

## How it performs in practice
On the desk, the stand relies on a sturdy metal base with non-slip pads to resist wobble. The rotation mechanism is claimed to be tactile and click-assured, helping you lock in your preferred angle without guessing. The arm is made from tough ABS, and the holding plate is designed to accommodate most common smartphones, with attention paid to heat dissipation so devices aren’t overly enclosed. At around 184 g, it remains light enough to carry in a bag or suitcase, while still feeling robust enough for daily use.

## Key strengths to note
The standout feature is the 360° rotation, which eliminates the need to reposition the whole stand for different viewing directions. The base’s non-slip feet combined with a low profile help the stand stay steady on a range of surfaces. The design is broadly case-friendly and aims to be cable-friendly, which makes it practical for video calls and streaming where charging cables are involved. The foldable nature means you can flatten it for travel without taking up much space.

## What may leave you wanting
If you need the stand to support very large phones or bulky cases, you may want to test compatibility first. While the base is sturdy, some users prefer extra height or a broader tilt range than what’s offered. The product relies on a single mounting plate, if your use requires more flexible mounting options, this might feel limiting. Users expecting premium materials or a high-end aesthetic might find the build acceptable rather than luxurious.

## Who it’s for
This stand suits people who want a practical, portable desk accessory for video calls, quick demos, or hands-free viewing. It’s suitable for work-from-home setups, kitchen counters, or bedrooms where a compact, unobtrusive stand is valued. If you travel often and value a lightweight, foldable option, it aligns with that use case.

## When it makes sense to buy
Choose the COOPER 360° Stand if you want straightforward, adjustable phone positioning at a desk without tipping or wobbling. It’s a sensible pick for those who value a tidy desk, easy rotation, and compact carry size. It’s less ideal if you require heavy-duty support for very large devices, or if you need multi-angle mounting without repositioning the whole unit.

## What to check before purchasing
- Confirm your phone fits the holding plate and is compatible with the tilt range (up to 5.5 inches in height/tilt adjustments).
- Consider the desk surface where you’ll place it, ensure the non-slip pads grip securely on your favourite working area.
- If cable management is important, test whether the stand offers convenient cable routing without obstructing the rotation.

## In-context comparison (implicit)
Compared with fixed-height stands or purely horizontal docks, this model emphasises versatility through 360° rotation and foldability, trading a bit of bulk for portability and daily flexibility. If you prioritise a compact travel companion that stays put on a desk, this stands out, if you need a more premium feel or extreme adjustability, you might explore higher-end options.

## FAQ
- Will it hold my phone with a bulky case?
It’s designed to be case-friendly, but compatibility depends on your phone size and case thickness.
- Is the base stable on smooth glass or glossy desks?
The non-slip pads help, but surface texture can influence grip, test on your exact desk surface.
- Can I use it for devices other than phones, like small tablets?
The plate is sized for phones and compact devices, larger tablets may not be supported.

## Final decision
### Final verdict
It makes sense if you want a lightweight, portable desk stand with reliable 360° rotation for everyday phone use. It’s a pragmatic choice for those who value compactness and consistency over premium materials or expansive adjustability. If your workflow benefits from hands-free viewing with easy rotation and you don’t require heavyweight or ultra-flexible mounting, this COOPER stand is worth considering.
