With a 31-litre capacity, it targets scenarios like university accommodation, offices, caravans and other compact setups where a dedicated freezer is useful without taking up much space. ## Why you might consider it If you prioritise a quiet, energy-efficient freezer that still offers flexible placement thanks to adjustable legs, this model is worth a look. It operates at a reported 42 decibels and earns an F energy rating, which translates to practical running costs for a small appliance. The four-star freezer rating indicates it can safely hold frozen goods at the required temperature for longer storage. ## What stands out in use On the practical side, the freezer includes a removable wire shelf, enabling multiple levels of organisation or a single large storage area when needed. Temperature is adjustable, giving you control over freezing conditions to suit different items. The adjustable legs help keep the unit level on uneven surfaces, a helpful touch for temporary setups. ## What may be limiting On paper, 31 litres is a squeeze if you plan to freeze bulk or large items regularly. The external dimensions (W 438mm, D 478mm, H 510mm) suggest it’s compact, but you’ll want to measure your space carefully to ensure it fits with any doorway or cabinet constraints. The source information doesn’t specify compatibility with specific freezer baskets or extra accessories beyond the shelf, so you may need to work within the provided layout. ## Who it’s for This mini freezer aligns with students, office workers, or renters who need extra freezing space without a full-size unit. It’s a sensible option if you want a discreet appliance that won’t dominate a room and can be configured to suit tight layouts. ## Who it isn’t for If you regularly freeze large quantities or bulky items, a larger unit might prove more efficient in terms of storage density. It may also fall short for those who expect ultra-low noise or premium durability at the price point. ## When it makes sense to buy Consider this freezer if you value compact size, a reasonable energy footprint for its category, and the ability to level the unit and reconfigure storage with a removable shelf. It’s also suitable if you need a straightforward, no-fuss freezer for a temporary arrangement (student housing, seasonal use, or a small office). ## Before you buy, check - Space: confirm Width 438mm, Depth 478mm, Height 510mm fits your chosen spot. - Power considerations: ensure there's a dedicated plug and that the location won’t be exposed to excessive heat or moisture. - Organisation: the removable shelf helps with layout, but you’ll need to plan space for the items you intend to freeze. ## How it compares in approach Compared with full-size freezers, this model trades capacity for footprint and flexibility. If you’re choosing between compact freezers, look for adjustable feet and a removable shelf as practical features for varied storage needs. If you prioritise maximum freeze capacity or the option to store larger items regularly, a larger unit or a different layout might be preferable. ## Is it worth it? You’ll like it if you need a small, quiet freezer that’s easy to place in a tight living or working space and you don’t mind managing with a restricted capacity. Not the best fit if you expect to store big volumes or large items frequently. ## FAQ - How quiet is it in everyday use? It’s described as running at about 42 decibels, which is relatively unobtrusive for a compact freezer. - Can I adjust the temperature easily? Yes, the freezer features adjustable temperature control to tailor freezing conditions. - Is the shelf fixed or removable? The wire shelf is removable, offering flexible storage layouts. ## Key takeaways Compact, energy-conscious and adaptable thanks to adjustable legs and a removable shelf. Best for smaller spaces or temporary storage needs where you don’t anticipate heavy bulk freezing. ## Final thoughts If your space is at a premium and you want a practical extra freezer with sensible features, this Cookology model can offer honest value. Just be mindful of the capacity and verify it fits your intended use case before buying. ## Images ![Cookology 31L Tabletop Mini Freezer - Adjustable Legs - Black — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/Yjqw2ODWUIloEotdtM9kXq8UFE_S2bDyKHpi1JrJUz2WJBmqhn8aiYLb59Gv8UBRCtGZNhD7vnPPwGZbRThVC_8QwLAgHhPxFvicdUqfub3rJSTZLCt5.jpg) ![Cookology 31L Tabletop Mini Freezer - Adjustable Legs - Black — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/TkH31btYkspOC6SJ2wupLJ03mayzfqGA2qHYW5XuItMjyh_stx-HUxBPgGTaZxY164R3IcbjQ_ohjQw3-yCcvdV7i7cmiI8CxZmMl4z76O9gNO89epVV.jpg) ![Cookology 31L Tabletop Mini Freezer - Adjustable Legs - Black — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/fkVDojMWdDkF2OJsXDfu7FvpSoqClki6tjhW13KsJadPnBGRGCMBwhmJuNQKmmQuXhfDmDpvEKF5X12N97YdrkZ7ftjwjAtMXdj3O_8nPeXX33TRfa61.jpg) ![Cookology 31L Tabletop Mini Freezer - Adjustable Legs - Black — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/qg4j44GuCdxD6G6Y127hp8FL8MInSfHpvECjGNJlUHUYmWgVBwza-G4Ra3z7ozJ67PUawLTsTdAayNQ8fatUgbEqQayrUh1h-act7GumbeJ4cCgdVrcq.jpg) ![Cookology 31L Tabletop Mini Freezer - Adjustable Legs - Black — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/8E8V6Da3i_oXQyagCHVHXOU7TVa1QFTCLf_riFxd8N40lLYHHZPJPQsad10MHeCzWV-4F6uPQppYJryoldIVHIrO596ywV2PURiyNqAjHhxmO6ctG29V.jpg)
